David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Country Manager.\nPosition: Country Manager Location: Remote within Argentina Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: base salary.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement business development strategies tailored to the local market, in alignment with broader regional goals. Identify growth opportunities and adapt the company’s value proposition to meet the needs of partners or affiliates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to create and execute localized promotional campaigns.\nRecruit, train, and manage a business development team with clear objectives and ongoing performance monitoring. Oversee team performance using CRM systems, dashboards, and regular coaching sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.\nImplement acquisition, activation, retention, and support strategies, including referral programs, onboarding processes, and educational sessions. Take ownership of key performance metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, partner activation, and retention rates. Ensure accurate and organized CRM data management and prepare consistent performance reports.\nProvide regular updates on performance, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.\nREQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2). 6–10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, essentially from within Forex (Brokerages) Proven track record working with partners, affiliates, or commercial networks in regional or emerging markets. Strong leadership experience managing small to mid-sized commercial teams.\nAnalytical and results-driven mindset with expertise in performance metrics and process optimization.
