- You will demonstrate strong business judgment and be skilled at breaking down complex, high-level ideas into executable deliverables.
- Support completion for RFP's/RFI's (Request for Proposal/Request for Information), presentation decks or other requested client material. This includes but is not limited to writing, proofreading, editing, and data verification, etc.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities will be critical for this role.
- Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of TSP solutions and how they appeal to our prospects and customers
- Engage with Business Development (BD) leadership, B2B Marketing, and Operations teams to identify knowledge, skills, and technology requirements for the purpose of customer attraction and retention
- Recommend, design, develop and implement enablement solutions that will improve our current processes and deliverables
- Liaison with internal departments to create and deliver content as requested, on time to meet client deadlines.
- Partner with marketing for message creation with specific content related to specific assets(s).
- Direct leads from social media, conferences, website, as appropriate to BD leader.
- Work with Head of Marketing and VP, BD to develop, implement, and maintain print marketing material (capabilities deck, case studies, and sell sheets).
- Work with Head of Marketing and VP, BD on conference and event coordination / attendance. Track events and obtain feedback on events. Support in organizing events. Attend events and meetings as requested.
- Work with others throughout the TSP organization to ensure we are maximizing the potential of existing relationships.**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or Life Science related field.
- 1 - 3 years general business and / or marketing / sales experience
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including leadership.
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous projects.
- Ability to be flexible and pivot as needed to support ad hoc projects as requested.Preferred Skills:- Proficient to Expert level skills of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional writing and proof-reading skills
- Experience with E-mail Marketing tools
- Customer Relationship Management systems; knowledge of "Salesforce" is preferred
- Self-starter, think outside of the box attitude
- Resourcefulness; possesses the ability to think beyond the current challenge and solve independently
