Engages daily with multiple companies, departments. Tracks Chevron approver compliance follows up on authorizations with approvers and escalates delinquencies to the Team Lead.15% -Mitigates daily issues with the Track software and audit tool. This includes pay formulas not calculating, schedule issues, outages, minor system glitches and gate issues. Maintain the audit tool as needed for new contractors and resource codes. Ensure gates are scanning into Track for contractor readings and work with security on badging issues, and vendor name migration.15%- Assists in training the vendors on process compliance. Has daily interaction with 10-15 company liaisons. Ensure all companies are following the written guidelines for Track/invoice auditing and Cost control and engage leads when guidelines are not met. Reports vendor metrics as well has problems with Chevron groups (IMPACT, Routine Maintenance).10%- Handles new employee system set up and maintains all individual coding changes.10%- Ad hoc duties such as: Analysis on gate log activity, researching over/under payments, working with security on gate issues/missing scans, vendor name migration, system cleanup, and record retention per corporate retention schedule.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder or student in a business administration related field.- Advanced in oral and written English communication with analytical and problem-solving skills.- Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.Relocation Options:
