We are seeking a proactive and skilled Engagement Manager to drive our pre-sales and bid management processes, ensuring successful client engagement and strategic alignment.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Pre-Sales Process Assistance**:- Oversee the management of rate cards, ensuring they are current and competitive.
- Design and implement pyramid structures to streamline pre-sales and bid activities.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to identify and assess market talent relevant to upcoming opportunities.
- Validate potential opportunities in coordination with the North America (NA), LATAM, and Europe Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
- **Bid Management Assistance**:- Support proposal creation processes by engaging with LATAM Engineering/Practice Leads and LATAM Delivery Leads.
- Facilitate and manage bid-related communications and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals, aligned with client requirements and company standards.
- **Use Case Creation**:- Collaborate with the global Engineering, Research & Development (ER&D;) team to develop and refine use cases.
- Ensure use cases are effectively utilized in the pre-sales and bid management processes.
- **Business Review Leadership**:- Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly business reviews to Senior Management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics and bid activities.
- **Sales Reporting**:- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, tracking opportunities, statuses, and key elements for success.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Client Presentations**:- Participate in client presentations, providing expert support and insights.
- Be prepared to travel as needed and obtain necessary visas, including for the USA.**Qualifications**:- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in project management or pre-sales roles.
- Strong ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
