The Enterprise Support Engineer will help to support and relieve the pressure on the development teams. You are an expert troubleshooter with the ability to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.**What you will be doing**:- Directly help our customers and vendors by researching & troubleshooting software or hardware related issues
- Work directly with development engineers and business stakeholders to recommend and resolve issues
- Provides accurate & timely updates on issues relating to incident management and support.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Ensure issues and troubleshooting steps are properly logged
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Work to improve system resilience, including both failover and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Implement automated support processes.
- Implement and monitor mitigating controls such as alerts**What you should have**:- 3 years’ experience in a support (or related) role
- Advanced SQL skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Belief in the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and communication
- Advanced English level**Nico to have**:- Relational databases (ex. Microsoft SQL Server)
- NoSQL databases (ex. MongoDB)
- Telemetry & Logging Tools (ex. DataDog)
- Incident and Change Management tools (ex. Jira/Service Now)
