- Work directly with development engineers and business stakeholders to recommend and resolve issues
- Provides accurate & timely updates on issues relating to incident management and support.
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Ensure issues and troubleshooting steps are properly logged
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Work to improve system resilience, including both failover and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Implement automated support processes.
- Implement and monitor mitigating controls such as alerts**What you should have**:- 3 years’ experience in a support (or related) role
- Advanced SQL skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Belief in the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and communication
- Advanced English level**Nico to have**:- Relational databases (ex. Microsoft SQL Server)
- NoSQL databases (ex. MongoDB)
- Telemetry & Logging Tools (ex. DataDog)
- Incident and Change Management tools (ex. Jira/Service Now)
