- Understand the various functions of MDS (outside of Analyst Team), in particular, Control, Compliance, and MDDA/TFS.

- Introduction to the various Divisions and LOBS at JPM, to understand their differing demands.
- Understand the data that they use.**How will they learn?**
- Shadow senior analysts
- Join calls with senior analysts
- Join Analyst team meetings and Control-Analyst meetings
- MDS information sites
- Take on LATAM LOBs to get hands-on experience
- Dedicated meetings with GT and/or Senior Analysts
