The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the chemical industry, excellent market insights, and established networks in these regions.\nRequirements :\n- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Agrochemical or a related field
- Proven experience in the global growth or strategy function
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to actively travel domestically and overseas for business purposes\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Atomgrid’s presence in the Argentina market.
- Drive revenue growth and manage the P&L; for the category, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
