The focus activities are to develop multidisciplinary brand teams leadership that includes the Commercial (marketing and sales), Medical Affairs and Market Access teams. This leader will manage the current portfolio of the Business Units and prepare the strategy for future product launches. This leader will be connected and develop ample knowledge of the high-specialty public and private markets. In addition, this professional will be responsible for having an interface with the Regional and Integral teams to discuss strategies and market requirements, having a leading role to ensure appropriate strategies and support to the market.\n
- *You Will Be Responsible For
- Setting up and implementing the Business Unit (BU) strategy based on the company's objectives, delivering winning Brand Plans, to be led by the Business Units Managers.
- Identifying, evaluating, and maximizing new market opportunities.
- Evaluating the individual and team performance of business unit members, ensuring team effectiveness through well-defined metrics.
- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducting business activities in compliance with ethical and legal requirements and promoting a culture of compliance in direct and indirect channels. Must promote a culture of zero tolerance for non-compliance.
- Driving a culture of growth that is responsible, decisive, action- and solution-oriented, and has a strong focus on the patient and the customer.
- Communicating and leading a team vision, goals, and priorities.
- Preparing pre-marketing activities for product launch in new indications and markets.
- Flexibility and resilience to adapting to challenging and evolving situations.
- Engaging multiple business partners to deliver results, ensuring top line growth and enable achievement of bottom-line objectives through disciplined budget management.
- *Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required; MBA desired
- 15+ years in progressive healthcare Commercial roles (Marketing and Sales) required.
- Fluency in English required.
- At least intermediate Spanish highly desired.
- Previous experience in leadership positions in Marketing and Commercial with people management.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience managing large teams.
- Experience in specialty business in the pharmaceutical market and understanding of public and private markets and their specificities.
- Desirable experience in brand team or multidisciplinary team leadership.
- Ability to generate results in the matrix organization. Excellent communication and transit skills in matrix structures, with the ability to generate value.
