**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions
- Participate in architectural discussions and help shape technical direction
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends
- Optionally leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
- Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies**Qualifications**:- Experience working on healthcare-related software or familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
- Familiarity with AI assisted development using Github Copilot or similar tools
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools
