Maintenance Specialist 1
LOCATION:
Neuquen, Neuquen, Argentina
DEPARTMENT:
OIL & GAS SERVICES
Main Responsibilities:
Participate in defining investment and maintenance policies for facilities and equipment.
Ensure process continuity through execution and optimization of maintenance plans, scheduled stops, and failure analysis.
Develop preventive methods to reduce maintenance load and prevent unforeseen stops.
Support Operations in evaluating new technologies and standards.
Manage and update technical maintenance documentation.
Coordinate procurement of materials and services, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
Collaborate in comprehensive process management (budget, HR, safety, etc.).
Lead systematic analysis of critical assets to improve their availability and reliability.
Participate in defining and controlling the department's budget.
Promote continuous improvement and resource efficiency actions.
Comply with HSE procedures, report incidents, and participate in investigations.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulations.
