FP&A; SupervisorAccounting & Tax SupervisorCredit and Collections and Treasury Supervisor**Location**: Martinez, Buenos Aires.**Overview of the job**
- Business partner to the company leadership team and recommending commercial and operational improvements.
- Forecast country business activities and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings
- Establish and maintain proper financial procedures, structures and controls
- Direct and coordinate preparation of budget for the country
- Coordinate month end, half year, and year end closing processes
- Lead plant efforts to maximize return on capital and help prepare operational strategy
- Provide financial leadership and modeling for the preparation of the country strategic plan
- Provide leadership in recommending and implementing system solutions to provide countrymanagement with information to improve operations and business results
- Direct PMDB development and provide the management team an understanding of customerprofitability
- Support and help lead the country Value Plus initiatives to improve profitability
- Lead the country working capital improvement initiatives**SIGNIFICANT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS** (i.e. Depts., Locations, Cost., etc.)**EXTERNAL**:- Customers in conjunction with AF San Luis Sales Team
- Suppliers in conjunction with Procurement

- Quotations and new business developmentteam as their manager**MAIN ACTIVITES & RESPONSIBILITIES****PLANNING & FORECASTING**
- Direct and coordinate forecast and budget activities.
- Provide analysis and commentary for decision-making support.
- Understand key drivers on business variances and look for offsetting actions.
- Ensure proper and reliable standard costing system**CLOSING PROCESS**
- Direct and coordinate monthly and annual closing activities.
- Review, analyse and interpret results of operations including production variances.
- Profitability analysis by customer, responsible for coordinating maintenance of internal profitability tool (PMDB)**PLANT IMPROVEMENTS**
- Partners with other Functional Managers and Business Unit Leadership to develop and implement, and accurately track performance on key initiatives (CI/procurement/Supply chain/Sales initiatives)
- Partners with Commercial to maintain the quoting/costing system of the plant
- Implement an effective business support delivering executive info packs, setting key metrics and reviewing business performance. Identifying risks & opportunities as well as implementing cost reduction initiatives.**WORKING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT**
- Establish a monthly rhythm of working capital and balance sheet exposure reviews that minimized the devaluation impact and currency hedge costs.
- Lead the country working capital improvement initiatives by conducting monthly WC reviews and tracking of initiatives.**INTERNAL CONTROLS AND PROCEDURES**
- Establish and maintain proper financial procedures, structures and controls according to Internal Controls requirements and Local Statutory regulations.**Qualifications / requirements**:
Knowledge and Experience
- A minimum of 6 years of Finance Manager-controllerexperience
