You will work directly with our CEO to identify targets (i.e. outbound), follow up and nurture, and close/win new customers.\nWe are building a sales and marketing engine, which means that we’re starting to lose track of targets. The adecuado person in this role will be very proactive, have perfect written English, is creative, persistent, and can easily consider the wider picture of a sale: I.e. that it’s not just to close the deal today but is the start of a long-term relationship.\nSome examples of the work you’ll do:\nOwn a full-cycle, founder-led sales motion.\nRun discovery, demo, proposal, close, and handoff.\nSell to early-stage founders and adjacent owner-operators who are overwhelmed by HR, finance, compliance, and operational administration.\nTranslate messy operational pain into a crisp buying decision.\nDiagnose root pain - such as time loss, anxiety, risk, context switching - and messy systems.\nFrame Chore as an \"operations OS\" and trusted partner, not a generic admin vendor.\nRun a disciplined, high-velocity pipeline (AI-assisted).\nMaintain clean CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and sharp next steps.\nUse AI tools to compress cycle time: summarize calls, produce follow-up drafts, generate mutual action plans, surface deal risk signals, etc., without losing quality or trust.\nRespond to EVERY.SINGLE.LEAD.\nDeliver founder-grade communication.\nSend follow-ups that are clear, specific, and decisive, without fluff or ambiguity.\nBuild strong point-of-view proposals that match the buyer’s situation and urgency.\nCollaborate to win and retain.\nPartner with marketing on messaging feedback loops: why deals stall, why they close, and what language founders repeat.\nCoordinate with Client Operations for clean onboarding and expectation-setting.\nDevelop customized sales strategies for different prospects to optimize success rates.\nEmploy effective negotiation tactics and strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas.\nContinuously improve the playbook (with AI systems).\nDocument what works: talk tracks, objection handling, competitor positioning, and pricing narratives.\nBuild reusable AI-enabled templates: discovery outlines, objection responses, industry-specific notes, proposal sections, and follow-up sequences.\nConduct thorough research on prospects to comprehend client needs and pain points accurately.\nTrack metrics. We are data-driven. If you dislike data or expect someone else to build dashboards for you, this is the wrong role for you\nTLDR: you’re going to own the sales process (and the success thereof). You will also be expected to generate your own leads, along with closing our inbound leads and the leads you generate. This should scare you, but also excite you!\nQualifications/Skills\nAccount Executive: 3+ years (Required).\nUS market Sales: 3+ years (Required).\nYou must have experience in both generating and closing your own leads.\nProven Track record of being an amazing closer!\nBonus points if you have sold SaaS technology products to startup founders.\nExcellent English language proficiency.\nExperience with a variety of CRMs.\nComfort using outbound campaign tools.\nEnjoyment being on the cutting edge of technology - how can we leverage technology to leap ahead of our competitors?\nSelf-driven.
