**Business Partner Human Resources - Arg/Chi/Peru (M/F/d)**The Business Partner Human Resources Argentina, Chile and Peru is a key interaction point for the business in order to provide high-quality consulting and insight-related and knowledge-based services from a functional perspective and to improve decision making.Business Partners typically have specific business, product, market and/or customer knowledge besides strong functional know-how.This position influences and partners with different levels of the organization in order to achieve results.The Business Partner is focused on relationship management aimed towards developing a strong and sustainable workforce at KWS and ensures adoption by the business of global knowledge-based processes, while keeping track on local requirements to make sure that strategies, programs, policies, standards and procedures are compliant with local regulations.
- First point of contact and interface between function and Business for knowledge-based activities
- Proactively consults and works with the business to solve complex issues and to develop adequate solutions. Acts as advisor and integrator
- Supports business in the decision making process with adequate information, reports and analytics
- Manages and supports improvement projects
- Ensures the definition and implementation of the functional KWS-wide strategy and strategic priorities
- Supports the implementation and monitoring of functional KWS-wide policies and Group standards,
- Supports and challenges the business during the personnel cost planning and forecasting process for [insert geo scope] positions.
- Performs job grading in collaboration with the Expert Hub
- Fosters leadership capabilities throughout the organization, consults with leaders and challenges performance management
- Performs processes in compliance with local regulations and participates and interact with local regulation bodies
- Tracks changes in local legislation and local markets and informs the Business Partner Lead, relevant Expert Hub and GTC in case adjustments to standard process have to be adopted
- Provides counselling to employees and supports and challenges managers regarding performance management system, succession planning, career paths, development alternatives, conflict resolution, etc.
- Provides support regarding Global Mobility processes
- Participates actively at career events/job fairs/ professional conferences
- Provides support regarding apprentices, trainees and interns planning, recruiting, development and monitoring
- Participates in local Company Boards meetings in order to provide information and challenge decision-making process regarding HR related topics
- Performance indicators will be derived from group objectives.**About the Skills**:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology (or a related field)
- Several years of experience in the field of Human Resources, experience in a shared service center environment is desirable
- Many years of work experience in globally acting industry environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel (50%+ of time)
- Project Management experience (PMP preferred) and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the field of producing industry desirable
- Profound business knowledge
- Experience in relevant IT systems (Microsoft, SAP, ADP and other)
- Deep experience in talent management, modern labor relations, performancemanagement and personal development systems
