**Business Partner Finance - Arg/Chi/Per (M/F/d)**The Business Partner Finance Arg/Chi/Per is a key interaction point for the business in order to provide high
- quality consulting and insight-related and knowledge-based services from a functional perspective and to improve decision making.
This position facilitates the supporting role to the Lead of Business Partners Finance Americas. Within this role, the Business Partner connects, challenges and monitors the business while ensuring that the chosen business strategies deliver the highest financial value at an acceptable level of risk.
The Business Partner will ensure understanding of Finance processes and services while being compliant and focus on adding benefits and benchmarking a future-oriented finance function.**About the Requirements**:- First point of contact and interface between function and Business for knowledge-based activities
- Proactively consults and works with the business to solve complex issues and to develop adequate solutions. Acts as advisor and integrator
- Supports business in the decision making process with adequate information, reports and analytics
- Manages and supports improvement projects
- Ensures the definition and implementation of the functional KWS-wide strategy and strategic priorities
- Supports the implementation and monitoring of functional KWS-wide policies and Groupstandards
- Ensure communication throughout all business and functional areas
- Ensure local and legal deadlines are met in full on time
- Ensure financial business analytics and data management
- Ensure cash-flow planning management, hedging, financial engineering and dividend payment
- Generates scenarios together with management for changed/new processes or business models
- Liaises with other BP teams for intercompany and cross country/region activities
- Supports quarterly and year end closing processes according to respective processes and timelines
- Performance indicators will be derived from group objectives**About the Skills**:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Business Administration (or a related field)
- Seeveral years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, experience in a shared service center environment is desirable
- Some years of work experience in globally acting industry environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel (30%+ of time)
- Project Management experience (PMP preferred) and strong organizational skills
- Profound business knowledge
- Experience in relevant IT systems (Microsoft, SAP FI/CO and other)
- Change management experience desirable
- Has the ability to understand and communicate business requirements to transaction center and expert hub
