This role is open to candidates based in Latin America. Enterprise personalization runs on clean data. Most programs don’t have it.\nAt Better\nDigital, the data layer is where personalization either works or doesn’t. You’ll own the implementation of that layer: XDM schema design, source connector configuration, identity stitching, and data quality governance for Fortune 500 clients running complex AEP implementations. You won’t be working alone.\nYou’ll work directly with our US-based senior architects who design the frameworks you build inside. The work is real, the standards are high, and you’ll be part of engagements that actually matter. What this takes:\n3+ years of hands-on AEP experience including RTCDP and data ingestion\nStrong understanding of XDM schema design and identity graph concepts\nProficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one major cloud platform The ability to execute with precision inside a senior-designed architecture\nConversational English required. You will work closely with US-based practitioners and clients. You are accountable for whether the data foundation actually holds up when personalization runs on top of it.\nWhy Better\nDigital\nThis industry burns good people out. Large SIs hand you a ticket queue and a client who’s already been oversold. Small shops keep you busy but rarely make you better.\nBetter\nDigital is the third option. We are intentionally small, senior at every level, and built around work that actually matters. No layers. No handoffs. The same people who design the architecture are accountable for whether it performs. You will work alongside people who have been doing this longer than most firms have existed.\nThe expectation is simple: you own your work, your decisions, and the outcome. That is the standard here. The problems are hard. The clients are real. And the reputation you build here will follow you for the rest of your career. This role offers a contract rate in the range of $6,000–$8,000/month USD, based on experience. If you want to do serious AEP work for serious clients, let’s talk. ###
