This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business impact—ensuring our reporting is reliable, scalable, and drives better decision-making.\nYou will play a key role in improving our marketing reporting platform, building high-quality data models, and partnering with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.\nWhat You’ll Do\n1.\nOwn Reporting\nReliability & Data Quality\nEnsure dashboards and reports are accurate, reliable, and always available\nImplement monitoring, alerting, and SLAs for critical reporting assets\nInvestigate and resolve data issues with a clear root-cause analysis\n2.\nBuild Scalable Data\nModels\nDesign and optimize SQL transformations and data models\nImprove the performance of datasets and reporting queries\nReduce duplication by centralizing business logic in the data layer\n3.\nDeliver\nHigh-Impact BI Solutions\nBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools\nTranslate business needs into scalable BI solutions\nDeliver projects with clear estimation and predictable execution\n4.\nEnsure Data\nTrust & Observability\nImplement data validation checks and anomaly detection\nProactively identify issues before they impact stakeholders\nImprove overall data quality across pipelines and reporting\n- Partner with the Business\nAct as a trusted partner for Marketing and commercial teams\nDefine and maintain key metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, etc.)\nGenerate insights that directly influence business decisions 4–6+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Engineering\nAdvanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization)\nStrong experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)\nExperience building and maintaining data models and pipelines\nProven ownership of production reporting and data quality\nAbility to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nNice to Have\nExperience with AWS stack (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, etc.)\nFamiliarity with dbt, Airflow, or modern ELT frameworks\nExperience in marketing analytics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels, retention)
