- Client Intake: Conduct thorough interviews and utilize detailed questionnaires to gather essential information from potential clients regarding their immigration status, history, and legal needs.
- Assessment: Evaluate system generated recommendations for client consults to determine eligibility for various immigration legal remedies, such as visas, green cards, asylum, or citizenship.
- Sales: Build rapport and guide the interview process with a friendly tone, empathy and supportive responses to build the clients trust in order to effectively position and convert the inquiry to a paid consultation for eligible clients.
- Documentation: Organize and maintain accurate client records and documentation related to intake procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with potential clients, explaining consultation processes and managing inquiries about the firm's services.**Skills Required**:- Legal Knowledge: The ability to gain acumen of immigration legal remedies available to clients.
- Interviewing Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and extract crucial information from clients.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in documentation and accurate data recording.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain the consultation process to clients.
- Empathy and Sensitivity: Ability to empathize with clients' situations and show sensitivity to their concerns while maintaining a positive and friendly tone.
