**Associate**to join the CLMS Team, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The
**Metrics and Reporting**
**Associate** will report to one of the CLMS Managers, and the main tasks will be to generate and report business metrics to upper management, as well as maintaining and expanding the current SharePoint based tools and Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau) dashboards. To succeed in this role it is key to be detail and quality oriented, understand various business logic and processes, adhere to processes, procedures and policies, know how to organize and prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with different senior partners and stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:- Generation and reporting of operational metrics to multiple stakeholders.
- Generation and maintenance of various business reporting dashboards.
- Creation, maintenance and enhancement of SharePoint sites.
- Maintenance and reporting of Access Databases.**Competencies and Skills**
- Advanced expertise with:- Business intelligence reporting software: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Qlik Sense, etc.
- Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
- SharePoint sites: advanced customization, client-side administration.
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and remote data sources is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail and quality oriented, with the ability to follow processes, and to identify issues requiring escalation or special attention.
- End-to-end ownership of tasks with proper follow-up, and results oriented mindset.
- Strong analytic skills, with the ability to interpret and to draw conclusions from data, and gain insight from business processes.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to look at processes critically and suggest changes.**Job Requirements**
- Tertiary/University degree in business administration, data sciences, or related field.
- At least 5 years of corporate experience, financial industry or related background preferred.
- Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills required.**CVs must be submitted in English.**
