Type: Full-Time Contract / RetainerAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to design and execute outbound campaigns targeting senior IT decision makers at mid-market companies. The role requires full ownership of execution — from targeting and sequences to content creation, campaign management, and performance reporting.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with leadership, but be trusted to operate independently and drive measurable results.What You’ll Do- Outbound Campaigns- Build and maintain targeted account lists (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo).- Create and run LinkedIn outreach sequences targeting CIOs and IT leaders.- Write and manage cold email sequences (Instantly, Apollo, etc.).- Implement direct mail tactics or creative outreach to secure meetings.- Content & Campaign Assets- Produce practical, high-value assets (playbooks, guides, checklists) for outreach and nurturing.- Leverage personalized formats (short videos, one-pagers, briefs) tied to CIO pain points.- ABM & Retargeting- Use website deanonymization tools (Rb2B, Vector, Clearbit Reveal) to identify anonymous visitors and trigger follow-ups.- Run smart retargeting campaigns for ICPs visiting solution, pricing, or integration pages.- Optimization & Reporting- Track KPIs, attribution, and pipeline impact.- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on booked meetings and engagement.Must-Have Requirements- Proven B2B outbound experience targeting VP/C-level decision makers in mid-market companies.- Mastery of LinkedIn automation tools (LinkedHelper, Waalaxy, Expandi, PhantomBuster).- Strong email sequencing & copywriting skills (Apollo, Instantly, etc.).- Skilled in data enrichment (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo).- Familiarity with ABM / deanonymization tools (Rb2B, Vector, Clearbit Reveal).- Advanced English communication skills (spoken & written).- Independent campaign execution across multiple channels.Nice-to-Haves- Prior B2B SaaS experience.- Experience engaging IT leaders/CIOs directly.- HubSpot knowledge (CRM, automation).- Experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).What We Offer- Competitive contract compensation, aligned with experience and skills.- Performance-based bonuses tied to meeting generation, pipeline impact, and campaign results.- Paid vacation & local holidays to ensure work-life balance.- Clear career growth path:- Opportunity to own and lead a significant portion of the marketing function (e.g., Demand Generation).- Build and manage your own team of freelancers/junior marketers over time.- Gain exposure working side-by-side with senior leadership (Fractional VP & CMO).- Remote flexibility with stable client assignments.- Exposure to cutting-edge outbound, ABM, and AI-powered marketing strategies.
