- Manage the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all brands to improve accuracy and align with industry benchmarks.
- Generate both unconstrained and constrained forecasts monthly as a core activity within the IBP process.
- Deliver robust forecasts and market intelligence to supply planning hubs to optimize inventory levels and reduce write-offs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Finance teams to define roles, drive accountability, and develop a unified forecasting mindset across the business.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to address sales gaps and enhance forecast transparency.
- Validate NPI forecasts and assumptions in partnership with Category, Shopper, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Partner neutrally and effectively with the General Manager and Leadership Team to support strategic decisions.
- Establish enhanced demand forecasting processes to support supply chain operating models and key account trade channel capabilities.
- Integrate trade spend/net sales data to prioritize cost-effective sales delivery.
- Lead significant projects to transform operating models, reduce complexity, improve cost structures, and optimize working capital requirements.
- Provide consolidated insights into forecast trends and performance across trade channels and categories.
- Manage demand forecasting inputs into key IBP meetings such as Demand Review, Supply Review, and regional S&OP; meetings.
- Measure and report demand forecasting KPIs to drive improvements in forecast accuracy, bias, customer service, and working capital.
- Embed revised processes to improve E2E supply chain action and ensure seamless communication between demand forecasting and supply planning hubs.Why you?Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Demand Planner, Demand Manager, or in a related position.
- Proven experience managing direct reports.
