You will define program scope, set objectives, monitor progress, mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver successful outcomes across multiple projects within a program or customer.Key Responsibilities:- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to manage expectations and address concerns.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that could impact program success.
- Track program progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor program budget, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with allocated funds.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across different projects within the program.
- Facilitate change within the program, managing transitions and ensuring smooth implementation of new initiatives.Required Skills:- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams, build consensus, and make critical decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Capability to think critically, develop comprehensive plans, and anticipate future challenges.
