This role offers hands-on experience in customer support operations, technical troubleshooting, and data handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.- Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.- Assist in maintaining support documentation and FAQs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.- Analyze support data using Excel to identify trends and improvement opportunities.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.- Support onboarding and training activities for new users.- Use AI Tools to enhance the Team´s EfficiencyQualifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, filters).- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Prior experience in a technical or customer support role is a plus.
