The Employee Relations Analyst will be part of the Human Resources team in Latin America. This role will play an active part in ER projects collaborating with the investigation and case research. This includes regular review of employment policies, with a continual refresh to align the Company’s policies with internal people strategies, employment legislation and an ongoing focus upon diversity, equity and inclusion.**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate and participate on ER-related issues, including supporting investigations, creating and delivering findings and recommendations.
- Partner closely with the ER Manager to support detailed analysis of Employee requests or inquiries.
- Support Case and ER Manager in identifying themes among cases.
- Provide consultation and guidance to employees and leaders on behalf of Case.
- Help promote knowledge, understanding, and compliance regarding practices, company policy and relevant employment laws through interactions with business leaders.
- Produce high quality documentation, including outcome letters, employee communications and documentation.
- Collaborate to facilitate in-person in-house compliance, and other ER-related trainings.
- Support the establishment and creation of the Employee Relations function.
- Participate to conduct and manage internal investigations pursuant to established protocols.**Basic Qualifications**:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, Labor Relations, Communication or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
- Strong consulting and client service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Computer skills - Adobe and the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
