- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects to optimize customer service quality;
- Participate in productivity initiatives, such as simplifying and automating internal and administrative processes;
- Perform data analysis and lead improvement projects within the Customer Service area.
- Bachelor Studies in progress: Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge: An innovative, creative, and autonomous profile, eager to learn and propose ideas. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI and/or programming will be considered a plus. English Intermediate - Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills;
- Availability for internship: January 19 to December 7, 2026;
- Graduation expected in December 2026 or afterwards;
- Availability to work and commute to our site 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 5 pm during the full internship program;
