This role will require you to take on several complex and crucial responsibilities when it comes to monitoring and bettering account processes.**Role Responsibilities**
- Daily and monthly invoicing regarding billers and agents
- Billers’ deposits registration and spread
- Clarify sales department and billers’ requirements
- Keep accounting records and prepare daily and monthly account reconciliations, mainly Bank’s and clearing accounts reconciliation, among others related to invoicing.
- Billers’ current accounts reconciliation
- Month-end closing processes
- Participate in different non-complex projects collaborating mainly with testing activities and improvements.
- Monitoring and bettering account processes.
- Support audits and participate in different projects collaborating mainly with process design and testing.**Role Requirements**
- One year or more of experience in an accounting or settlement role.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Analytical, organized, and methodical.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Teamwork and proactive attitude.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus.
- Intermediate English.
