With an expanding international footprint, they provide complete solutions from design to after-sales service, ensuring reliability and excellence in every market they serve.**About the Job**The Export Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting international business growth by generating sales leads, managing retailer and distributor relationships, and contributing to export activities. This role requires a hands-on, proactive professional who can drive demand creation, execute marketing activities, and ensure customer satisfaction in assigned international markets.**Key Responsibilities**:- Creation of market demand through retailers; visits to existing and new retailers
- Demand creation through mechanics; conducting local marketing activities such as mechanic/canopy meets.Generate sales leads from existing and new costumers & Distributors for the region internationally.
- Maintaining and develop relationships with existing Customers.
- Manage & Review lead generations activity through the use of trade portals, export data, distributor data to increase the market share
- Sharing relevant data including products catalogue, technical specifications, etc. with customers/distributors & generate business.
- Prepare export pricing through market intelligence to arrive completive price to the market best price.
- Achieve Sales Target set by Management.
- Handle exports of Endurance multi product categories**Profile Requirements**
- 2-5 years of experience in **export sales, international trade, or business development**, preferably in aftermarket spare parts, automotive or any other related industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Ability to collaborate across departments (marketing, supply chain, etc.) to resolve issues and improve responsiveness.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong **time management** skills.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation** skills with clarity and professionalism.
- Proactive approach to **issue management** and escalation handling.
- Comfortable working with data, trade portals, and market intelligence tools.
