Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with Operations to maintain accurate inventory records Perform regular inventory reconciliations between physical counts and system data Identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions Manage and oversee inventory-related processes within NetSuite Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting Support month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Participate in financial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
