- Cultivate relationships with key stake holders within our Customers
- Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success to build comprehensive account plans
- Implement industry best practices to enhance the overall customer experience during renewal
- Proactively identify and capitalize on renewal upsell opportunities within assigned territories
- Lead negotiations with customers to ensure successful renewals
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve any account issues impacting renewal
- Ensure operational excellence throughout the renewal process
- Maintain tactical awareness and address any challenges promptly
- Maintain predictability in forecasting and delivering against targets
- Strive to exceed expectations in all aspects of renewal management
- Demonstrate proficiency in learning new systems
- Navigate through change effectively and quickly ramp up on new product offerings
- 1-3 years of experience in renewals management or account management within the software industry, with a focus on SaaS solutions and services
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales or renewal quotas
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to navigate complex customer conversations
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships while advocating for customer needs
- Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders within tight timelines and resource constraints
- Effective problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving issues promptly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment
