The role’s main objective is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of all inventory-related financial data, acting as a key link between Finance and Operations. 🧩 Main Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Operations to maintain accurate inventory records- Perform regular inventory reconciliations between physical counts and system data
- Identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Manage and oversee inventory-related processes within NetSuite
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Participate in financial analysis and continuous improvement initiativesRequisitos✅ Requirements: • 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on inventory and cost accounting- Strong experience with full inventory accounting cycle (costing, reconciliation, variance analysis)
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (inventory modules)
- Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in product-based companies (CPG, food & beverage, or similar preferred)
- Knowledge of COGS structure, landed costs, and intercompany accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or progress towards certification is a plus 💡 Skills & Profile: • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
