This position is in charge of overseeing and assisting the collectors of Indian and handling an AR of +100 customers. Also generates the bi-weekly accounts receivables report, reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail, collaborate with various stakeholders (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax) to resolve customer disputes and queries, calculate the quarterly Bad Debt Provision, approves the activation or deactivation of signal among other tasks.**Responsibilities**:- Handles an AR with +100 customers.
- Generates the weekly/monthly accounts receivables report.
- Oversee and assist collectors.
- Reconcile complex accounts.
- Resolve customer disputes and queries.
**Basic Qualifications**:- 2-3 years of experience in similar positions.
- SAP is a plus.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
- Advanced Knowledge in Excel.
