**EY Job Description****Job Title**: Talent Team Coordinator**Function: Talent Enablement****Skill Level**: Experienced**Rank**:Senior Associate (65)**Sub Function**: Talent Enablement Centre**Reports to**: Talent Team Coordinator Lead (Supervising Associate - 62)**Job Summary**:
The Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) is an HR administrative professional who partners with Talent Consultants (TCs) to coordinate various HR related tasks as part of the employee life cycle.**Applications Used**: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Regional tools**Shift**: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region**Essential Functions of the Job**:
The TTC is responsible for providing support to TCs within Americas Talent Team (ATT). Key responsibilities are listed below.
- Leverage technology, facilitate communication, and coordinate the administration of multiple HR processes.
- Interface with employees and handle initial employee inquiries and/or responses.
- Escalate issues as appropriate to a senior member of the ATT.
- Process and input transactions into SuccessFactors.
- Coordinate the administration of HR processes such as, but not limited to, performance management, the promotion process, variable pay, orientation, people surveys, upward feedback, separation process, etc.
- Provide reports and gather data related to HR projects and initiatives assigned. Share information gathered with the Talent Team or other HR functional groups as requested.
- Assist in communication flow to and from clients and to other HR team members as appropriate.
- Handle special projects as assigned.**Knowledge and Skills Requirements**:

- Willingness to act as an advisor to peers and new team members.**Job Requirements**:
**Education**:- Educated to Bachelor’s degree level.
- Higher professional or master’s qualification is preferred, not required.**Certification Requirements**:- Higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not required.
- Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required.**Experience**:- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience.
- Demonstrable experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs.
- Demonstrable experience in a closely related Talent or operations role.
- Comfort and/or experience working in global dispersed teams to deliver services, processes and standards.
- Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, stressful environments to deliver required results.
- Demonstrable experience of anticipating issues and challenges and proactively working to navigate challenges.Note:
