- 300+ tradable assets (through Libertex)\nThe Libertex Group is constantly driven by a single passionate purpose – to tirelessly work on developing amazing fintech for people who simply want to have ‘more’ in their lives.\nJob Overview Libertex Group is looking for a an Account Manager to join our in-house Creative Studio who is experienced enough to take ownership of projects from day one and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume creative environment.\nThis role supports Senior Account Managers by handling lower-complexity campaigns and studio coordination tasks, while also playing an active role in analysing campaign results, extracting insights, and shaping clear, informed creative briefs.\nThis is not a traditional account manager role. From the start, the Account Manager is expected to understand performance data, identify patterns and learnings, and translate them into actionable insights for future campaigns. As our studio evolves, we are strengthening our role in connecting creative execution with real campaign results and strategic thinking.\nWhat Will You Do?\nTranslate data, results, and learnings into clear insights and actionable takeaways\nSupport Senior Account Managers in managing creative projects within the Creative Studio\nTake ownership of simpler campaigns and studio requests from brief to delivery\nCoordinate between channel managers, creatives, and internal stakeholders\nAnalyse results from previous campaign flights in collaboration with channel managers\nTransform insights into structured creative briefs for follow-up campaigns\nEnsure briefs are clear, realistic, and aligned with brand and performance objectives\nMonitor timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles within the studio\nKey Skills Required\nNative understanding & experience in LatAm or SEA markets\nPrevious experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or similar role (agency or in-house)\nStrong organisational and communication skills\nAbility to work with campaign data, reports, and performance results\nCapability to extract insights and explain them clearly to creatives and stakeholders\nGood understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign workflows\nAbility to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment\nEnglish language skills to IELTS Level 5 or above\nAdditional Skills Preferred\nExperience working with performance or acquisition campaigns\nAbility to think like a creative strategist when shaping briefs\nFamiliarity with analytics dashboards and basic performance metrics\nExperience working closely with creative teams or in-house studios\nInterest in evolving workflows, processes, and studio operating models\nWorking knowledge of Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets\nWe offer\nWork in a fun and friendly environment\nCompetitive salary available in euro / crypto\nQuarterly Bonus based on Company Performance\n21 working days of annual leave plus public holidays\nUdemy for Business Unlimited Membership and Language training courses The opportunity to excel in your professional career Please send your CV in English, your portfolio and showreel along with the application.\nLibertex Group is an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
