1) Participate in the monthly S&OP; process with cross-functional team in local markets.2) Support sales, marketing, and brand/product departments in order to monitor the demand for key accounts promotions, product introductions and discontinued products.3) Manage and resolve supply issues, discrepancies and significant variances vs. forecasted demand in order to achieve the balance of customer responsiveness and production stability.4) Analyze forecasts and highlight discrepancies vs. history or trend date5) Ensure products are adequately introduced into SAP and IBP.6) Ensure consistent supply management with internal/external suppliers by focusing on PO submission, status tracking and ultimate delivery.7) Assure the following KPI´s according the respective targets:
Fill RateDIIMAPEForecast errorSLOBS**Specific Accountabilities**:- a) Communicate the consensus demand plan to the supply organization for synchronization and integration with the plans, including the supply and financial plan.
- b) Calculate key performance indicators, report to the region in the scorecard and feedback to the participants in the process.
- c) Monitor daily sales analysis in order to provide detailed visibility to sales and marketing management.
- e) Coordinate with the Co-packing planning the process for the local repacking.
- f) Master data management.
- g) Assure data integrity like historical sales, back orders, hierarchy products and DFUs (Demand forecast units) are maintained.
- h) Include promotion items into co-packing modules, thus ensuring that new and discontinued products are added or removed from the systems such that the product master information is maintained up to date on line data for marketing and sales.
- i) Prepare proforma form -Goberment approval - SIMI.
- j) Assist in the resolution of issues involving order commitments, deviations to planned finished goods and customer delivery difficulties.
- k) Monitor and review demand plan and forecast performance in order to achieve targeted KPIs like MAPE by improving forecast quality.
- l) Identify and recommend to the Sales and Marketing organization activities to manage over stocked or under selling SKUs. Manage write-offs and slow moving finish goods.
- m) Provide timely input to monthly S&OP; meeting and participate actively in the process regarding demand plan performance.n) Ensure all new products and promotional items are included in the forecast process in order to guarantee an adequate DRP, MPS and MRP process.**Required Skills and Experience**:- Demand Planner position and Experience at least 2+ years
- High communication, support and leadership with the local teams, in order to mantaine activities between Sales, Marketing, Trade, Staff Manager and the permanent follow up with the supply sourcing
- Works and interacts with sourcing co-packing and warehousing third parties
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration and related careers.

- Advance level in English (Written and Verbal)
- Knowledge in Microsoft office ( excel, power point)**Preferred Skills and Experience**:- Experience in the use of planning/forecasting software (IBP)
