- User Interface/Interaction Design - focused on precise user interface details / how product feels and responds to a user. Key skills: visual design, HTML, CSS, MDL and JavaScript (bonus experience: MDL, React, design systems, front-end development)
- Embrace a design methodology focused on the understanding of users’ needs, behaviors and motivations. Key skills: User & stakeholder interviews, design approach which maximizes the role of stakeholder and user feedback
- Ability to nurture effective collaboration, especially with other designers and product development
- Act with integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
- Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction

- History of success working in a related design field
- Experience on complex, data-rich web apps
- A portfolio that demonstrates design excellence in creating user-centric solutions and scalable web app interfaces and big, companionable thinking that can extend to similar products
- Must include examples of clean, modern and error-free high-fidelity designs
- Works on specific objectives within projects of all scale with guidance
- Defines projects' priorities and timelines, and delivers with a high degree of autonomy
- Delivers results: Passion for process and a win everything attitude exemplified by creating value for clients and delivering superior financial results
- Drives the design review cycle and closes on design requirements independently
- Ability to balance gut feel judgment and logical analysis. Willingness to 'rip off the Band-Aid' and make decisions
- Expert visual design skills at low, medium and high fidelity
- Adopts a wide range of visual deliverables and chooses the right tool for the task
- Actively seeks to reduce UX debt by reusing patterns and collaborating with product to modify requirements when appropriate
- Expected to perform with high degree of autonomy on project with clear scope
- Familiarity and some experience with the design lifecycle
- Promotes ‘Be Collaborative’ core value
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Strong visual design skills at low, medium and high fidelity
- Maintains a constantly evolving toolbox / open to learning new design tools which maximize efficiency
- Clearly rationalizes and justifies design decisions
- Able to clearly communicate complex ideas
- Comfortable and knows when to ask questions
- Communicates with impact. Goes beyond rationalizing design decisions by proactively organizing and presenting visual deliverables that present conclusions in a convincing and actionable way
