- Receive expense reports from employees and send to AP for payment.-
- Request for Air tickets options.- Get Hotel and in and out Airport transportation quotations.- Create the AFT.- Follow up the AFT approval until it is approved.- Confirm the Travel agency to issue the air ticket.- Attend employee urgent claims in case a flight is canceled and look for hotel and transportation at any time.- Coordinate events in the office for Argentina and Mexico.- Check employees AMEX cards with balances for payment.- Assist office team members in performing special projects such as tenders, get documentation support for new customers and vendors.- Arrange appointment to medical center for new employees, and renewal for YPF medical certificate every year.What You'll Need- English intermediate level.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel knowledge is a must).- Bachelor´s degree or University student.- Collaborates.- Communicates Effectively.- Manages Ambiguity.- Instills trust.- Action oriented.- Drives results.- Customer focus.- Nimble Learning.- Plans and aligns.- Self-development.- Situational Adaptability.- Ethics and Integrity.
