As a Cost & Commission Services Analyst, you'll serve as a vital resource for the front office and client-facing stakeholders. You'll act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and operations.\nYour role includes the investigation of inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, trade reconciliations, and the fundamental understanding of our trading platforms and systems. Candidates must be able to provide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.\nAssist clients and FO teams by addressing inquiries and meeting requirements, ensuring a high level of service and timely resolution of issues.\nAnalysis & remediation of missing commission breaks Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office Work with the business, technology, and operations to determine priorities, schedule of releases, and detail of the requirements for future enhancements/products Compile, prepare and present weekly and monthly performance metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management.\nFacilitate the timely processing of stakeholders requests, ensuring fees and expenses are accurately and reconciled, allocated, and recovered in alignment with client agreements.\nQualifications\n1 - 2 years of experience Bachelor’s degree or advanced university student In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies Alteryx & UI Path knowledge is desirable Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the ability to execute on assignments independently A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business * Strong capacity for operating in a versátil, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required J.P.
