- Assisting with strategic direction and decision making and providing leadership across the workgroups.
- Prepare Department presentations and respond ad hoc requests
- Ideate, consolidate and report Department metrics to be presented to different audiences
- Track headcount evolution and explain variances
- Support BDSC business planning & benchmark activities
- Support coordination of BDSC visit’s agenda: ideate and plan for resources
- Work on projects to drive global consistency and create synergies across the team.Required Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor in Business administrator or similar
- + 5 years of experience working in Shared Service Centers or related/similar roles.
- Advanced English level.
- Display initiative and leadership, handling multiple job responsibilities, setting priorities, maintaining a high level of accomplishment, and implementing improvements to processes.
- Working and communicate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.Relocation Options:
