Overview:
As a key member of Go-To-Market team, be responsible for delivering marketing initiatives accross LATAM. We currently depend heavily on the central/global marketing team as well as bid managers from other regions for support in LATAM and whilst this may have been adequate in the past, there is an opportunity to support business growth by having an in-region person to take on these responsibilities.**Key responsibilities**:
Marketing Support
- Plan and deliver local/regional events including log铆stical support and pre & post event communications for sponsored and company hosted events, think tanks and webinars.
- Support promotion of the Cielo brand in APAC including securing speaking/webinar opportunities, PR placements, awards/recognition, social media engagement and website engagement/conversions
- Drive lead generation efforts and refreshing the database of leads and contacts in Salesforce
- Support development of localized content for promoting Cielo brand in APAC, including research and writing first drafts of case studies, awards submissions, blogs**Person specificaton**:- Excellent written communication skills with an obsessive attention to detail
- Highly organised and fast-paced; project management skills, used to managing and delivering to fixed deadlines
- Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills. Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
- Commercially aware, ability to translate complex ideas into meaningful sales messages.
- Proactive in increasing own knowledge-base, loves learning and keeping abreast of the latest HR and Business trends.
- Any marketing/communications experience will be a plus
- Enjoys working in a high performing team and company
- An optimistic, positive person with excellent communication skills who will be an ambassador of the Cielo values.
- Confident in communicating with senior executives
