**Job Description**:The IS Sr Business Analyst plays an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company’s information technology strategy and processes. Partners with both business and technology groups to ensure that the proposed technical solutions align with the company’s overall objectives, and that both groups enable and drive each other to meet the company’s mission and vision. The primary role is to support key systems that support the Argentina Affiliate organization in the Order to Cash and Tax processes.IS Sr Business Analyst reports to IS Senior Manager and will be responsible for developing technology solutions that supports the Order to Cash process. The role would help in defining, developing, maintaining, and expanding the Order to Cash and Tax business systems capabilities locally in tight connection with the Global capabilities. The individual would work closely with business users, vendors, Amgen partners and help development teams in system requirements, design, development & testing in all aspects of the OTC and Tax solutions.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLeads the design and modeling of tactical architectures for delivery, capturing requirements, development, and lead/support of projectsActs as Project Manager for delivery of changes to the Argentina Affiliate ERP (FI, SD, WM, QA)Manages all phases of change execution for the ERP in ArgentinaWork closely in teamwork with the GERP Central Team.Business process management for OTC including mapping process flows and leading process change activitiesBuilds the long-term strategic roadmap for OTC & Tax system architecture (SAP ERP)Provides a consensus-based scalable and adaptable architecture solutionDevelops and presents project proposals for evaluation of architecture fitStrong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groupsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and understanding of the Project Management lifecycleDemonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholdersComfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technologyAbility to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate IS standards to meet business requirementsBasic QualificationsMaster’s degreeORBachelor’s degree and 2 years of Information Systems experiencePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or the Life SciencesStrong attention to detail and be self-directedAbility to drive consensus among stake holders, partners & vendorsStrong Service Delivery mindset with demonstrated OTC & Finance functional domain experienceStrong leadership/consultative, collaboration, project management, service delivery and process improvement skills to facilitate alignment across multiple global geographiesAbility to leverage his/her experience in delivering and supporting global information systems in a regulated environment for a diverse and distributed user base while relying on a number of Enterprise shared servicesEffective internal & external relationships and operating across functional boundaries.
