- Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers
- Guide users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation)
- Provide personalized support and guidance to help users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period
- Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation
- Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual users
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by users
- Utilize objection handling techniques to overcome hesitations and build confidence in the decision to subscribe
- Facilitate subscription starts by guiding users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionAbout You- Product obsessed, passionate about how the App can change the lives of users

- Deep familiarity with Sales tech stacks — CRM (Hubspot), VoIP, Product Analytics tooling, etc
