- First-level incident resolution, problem analysis, and escalation when necessary.
- Proactive customer monitoring (post-sales, project progress, updates by plan, activity analysis).
- Management of proactive communications and feedback collection to improve products and services.Activity 2 | Commercial management:- Prospecting and managing leads through LinkedIn, phone calls, email marketing, web forms, and WhatsApp.
- Coordination of meetings with potential clients, presentation of services, generation of commercial proposals, and closing of sales.
- Identification of cross-selling opportunities, partnerships, and development of new products or commercial strategies.Activity 3 | Relationship with clients:- Strategic support in the use of the contracted solutions, ensuring a positive experience.
- Participation in meetings, training, and corporate events.
- Development of solid relationships with B2B clients and advice on good practices.Activity 4 | Internal management:- Registration of information in CRM or assigned tools (Drive, Microsoft Office).
- Participation in internal meetings to exchange progress, consultations, and ideas.
- Collaboration with internal teams (commercial, IT, billing) to guarantee service quality.Information security:- Application of policies and procedures that guarantee information security.
