This role offers hands-on experience in customer support operations, technical troubleshooting, and data handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Key Responsibilities:· Provide first-level technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.· Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.· Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.· Assist in maintaining support documentation and FAQs.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.· Analyze support data using Excel to identify trends and improvement opportunities.· Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.· Support onboarding and training activities for new users.· Use AI Tools to enhance the Team´s EfficiencyQualifications:· Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Administration, Accountancy, or a related field.· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.· Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (, formulas, filters).· Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Prior experience in a technical or customer support role is a plus.
