- Provide world leading customer service to our clients over the phone;
- Provide world leading customer service to our clients through online chat;
- Managing and working within our customer serviceapp
- Making changes to customer orders in Shopify and our fulfilment software;
- Updating our knowledge bases, templates and checklists weekly;
- Moderating Facebook and Instagram Ad comments;
- Community building inside our private VIP FacebookGroups;
- Reselling clients to new and existing products; and
- Other duties as assigned.**You are the following personal attributes**:- You’re direct, honest and genuine in communications with customers and team members
- You have previous experience in a client service position (preferably remote)
- Your happy place is interacting and communicating with other people
- You’re detailed oriented and checklist driven
- You possess a warm, happy and genuine personality
- You’re a confidant written and spoken communicator
- You enjoy speaking with and assisting clients in phone conversations in English
- You’re a self-starter and able to work remotely without constant supervision
- Fast learner. We are a natural health company and you will need to get up to speed on our products and business processes very fast
- Experience using an online app such as Gorgias and Shopify is a bonus
- An interest/previous in natural health industries is a bonus
