This involves consistent customer support and interaction, as well as travel to customer sites to diagnose issues and provide training for ongoing maintenance and resolution of technical issues.**Relevant locations for this position are: Argentina/ Uruguay/ Chile/ México.**Requirements**:- An Associates Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agronomist, or Agronomic Engineering;
- Two or more years of technical experience in the agricultural industry, preferably within the irrigation and/or Precision Ag segments.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to clearly and concisely present information to Company management, Dealers, and customers
- Able to work effectively with a team of peers and superiors
- Ability to fluently speak English, other European language preferred (Spanish)
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a strong technical understanding of electronics and hydraulics.
- Must be comfortable and willing to speak in front of groups.
- Must have the ability and personality to calmly deal with and de-escalate tense situations in the field and on the phone
- Must see things & interventions through to completion
- Professional in appearance and demeanor

- Self-starter, able to plan and work independently.**Responsibilities**:
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE TECH SUPPORT:- Responsible for dealer and end-user customer technical support from the office and in the field as necessary
- Includes answering questions from customers regarding equipment installation, service, trouble shooting, website, and App navigation.
- Determine the nature of the call and determine the best path to resolution; either resolve the problem or escalate to Field Service Engineer in HQ
- Program modems and keep and maintain a database of devices
- Assist customer inquiries about products and services during high call volume
- Prepares product and/or service reports by collecting and analyzing call data
- Work and align with Valley Service Manager and LATAM TTMDEALER TRAINING AND INSTALLATIONS:- Will provide in field and classroom training to dealer service technicians, Valley Territory Manager and Service staff for installation and troubleshooting of Valley/Prospera technical equipment and software
- In alignment with region and TTM, organization of training schedule to prioritize dealers
- Gather, adapt and develop relevant training materials
- Support the development and implementation of new product/software rollout plans with required user training
- Field Dealer/Grower visits and installations as necessaryOTHERS:- Some travel out of the office for training, dealer and grower meetings, interactions with Valley service and support, and in field tech support calls as necessary. Estimated 50% travel, within and outside Brazil.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer service staff to ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues as they arise
- Assist sales staff on occasion with trade shows, grower meetings, and dealer visits
- Assist Valley marketing with the development of technical documents including install manuals, troubleshooting guides, and ‘quick tip’ videos
