- Drive the end-to-end acquisition process for SMB partners.
- Allocate leads and resources to maximize team performance and optimize results.
- Ensure the team is proficient in tools and processes, supporting their continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify growth opportunities, optimize segmentation, and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and competitive trends.
- Provide opportunity updates by regularly maintaining Salesforce, delivering weekly forecasts, and participating in quarterly business reviews.**What you'll need**
- 6+ years of proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales or commercial leadership, with a strong focus on acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving quota targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
