This role is expected to be the first level of review and coordination of day to day Finance Operate activities based in Buenos Aires.The key deliverables for this role are:- Act as reviewers and coordinate day to day accounting activities performed by the team based in GDS Buenos Aires, reporting to the Manager.
- Oversee day to day activities from BA team, composed by Seniors and Staffs that include:- Manual JEs
- Monthly Flash Report
- Financial Result Summary
- CFO Deep Dive Inputs
- FERC reporting
- Close Management
- Become client stakeholders trusted advisor and point of contact during the transition and after go-live
- Coach junior team members to deliver client on timely and quality manner, becoming a referent for them and leading by example in terms of client communication and team behaviours.
- Interact with other locations such as GDS India and ACR US onshore team to guarantee business model and client support is consistent across locations.
- Monitor operation metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and other metrics defined with client during transition.
