
Junior Product Manager

- Become a subject matter expert on the product’s features and functionality.
- Own and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all features and bug fixes within the release cycle to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Investigate and triage escalated customer support issues, working with data teams to identify root causes.
- Proactively analyze customer support data to uncover potential bugs and areas for product improvement.
- Define detailed specifications for backend-heavy features to ensure clear requirements for engineering.
- (Optional) Support the engineering team in tracking and managing the release cycle to optimize developer bandwidth.
- (Optional) Provide tier 2 customer support for complex inquiries beyond standard FAQs.
- 2–3 years of experience in product management or program management.
- Proficiency with Jira for project and issue tracking.
- Comfortable working with product analytics tools to inform decisions (experience with PostHog or similar is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical background or familiarity with APIs, databases, or software development concepts is desirable.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments is a bonus.
- Based in LATAM.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
