About the job
The Sales Support Manager is a strategic and analytical partner to the Country Head, playing a critical role in driving commercial performance, ensuring disciplined execution, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
As part of the Commercial Team, this role acts as the backbone of performance management, sales force effectiveness, incentive governance, and planning processes, ensuring alignment between business strategy and field execution.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Performance & Business Steering
Partner directly with the Country Head in forecasting, target tracking, and business performance reviews.
Consolidate and analyze sell-in, sell-out, distribution, and productivity KPIs.
Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Lead preparation of monthly business reviews and executive reporting.
Direct involvement in GTN process, regarding consolidation and management of client info for financial reporting.
Incentive Management & Target Setting
Design and manage sales incentive schemes aligned with business priorities.
Lead annual and cycle target-setting processes.
Ensure governance, transparency, and accuracy in incentive calculations.
Oversee validation and control of incentive payouts.
Sales Force Effectiveness
Optimize territory alignment and field force deployment.
Monitor sales productivity and ROI of promotional investments.
Drive continuous improvement in sales tools, reporting, and processes.
Commercial Planning
Coordinate the commercial planning cycle in close collaboration with Marketing and Finance.
Support launch readiness from a sales execution perspective.
Ensure data integrity and reporting consistency across systems.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop one direct report, ensuring high standards of analytical rigor and operational discipline.
Foster accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
About You
Experience
4-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Revenue Management, or Business Analytics.
Experience in Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or Pharma is a strong plus.
