- Coordinate daily office activities and operations for the Hansen Argentina office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with corporate policies.
- Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Argentina as required.
- Manage facilities, office supplies, workplace standards, and office service agreements.
- Act as the local Health & Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maintaining safety resources and information.
- Enhance the employee office experience by supporting engagement initiatives, internal events, and a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee office security processes, access management, visitor procedures, and corporate merchandise.
- Support regional HR initiatives, including onboarding activities, employee communications, and engagement events.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, acting as system administrator for the travel tool and maintaining hotel agreements.
- Leverage modern digital tools, including emerging AI solutions, to improve administrative workflows and office operations.
- Provide regional backup support to other offices and office coordinators as required.
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
- Strong professional communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Interest in or exposure to AI and productivity tools such as Copilot 365 or automation platforms.
