List the key responsibilities for this role.- Ensure compliance with Weekly Sales Report (WSR) management indicators, following the LEAP HIGHER methodology.- Develop the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring timely responses in accordance with the service agreement.- Prepare and submit quotes using the Quote Tool and approved price lists, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to efficiently handle high volumes of requests and follow-ups.- Work close to the commercial team, to achieve the regional sales target and look for potential customers to be develop by the KAMs.- Achieve annual budget targets in both net sales and gross profit (GP), driving business growth.- Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and increasing revenue potential.- Provide strategic insights into market trends and customers’ needs to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.Education & Experience- Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, biochemical, or any related engineering bachelor’s degree.- Experience: NA.Knowledge, Skills, & Talents- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills- High degree of self-initiative, result-oriented way of working- Ability to carry out projects in a structured and successful manner- Adaptable, enthusiastic for interdisciplinary and intercultural teamwork- Very good communication skills- Very good written and spoken English and Spanish.- High knowledge level of Excel and Power BI.Equal Employment OpportunityVantage is an equal opportunity employer.
